Bandwidth is a telecommunications company that hosts a number of software services for its customers. I worked as a UX Designer Intern for the summer of 2021 and accepted an offer to continue working through the fall.

My Contributions

• Collaborated with the R&D team as design lead on the interface design on a future core app for senior leadership production approval; conducted competitive analysis, developed targeted use cases, and prototyped the finished product in Figma

• Conducted comparative analysis of dashboard user flows and UI elements for Bandwidth and Voxbone (recently acquired) to help shape the approach for the design of a unified dashboard experience

• Created the groundwork for a Free Trial dashboard experience and designed a high-fidelity prototype for internal promotion of service initiative to launch spring ‘22
